Making Your Reservation

Call 888.218.3282 (between 7:30am and 7:00pm MST) or email [email protected] and refer to the Idaho Academy of Family Physicians name to book your rooms. 

  • Run of House Rate of $195.00 will be extended for the first 60 rooms.  
  • A Two (2) night minimum length of stay will be required.
  • 3 Day Pre/Post Rates will be extended based on availability.

To secure room block rates, make your reservation before April 9, 2024. Rates are quoted per night.  Resort Fee and Tax: An 8% guest amenity fee and 11% lodging tax will be added to the quoted guestroom rate. 

Cancellation Policy: A 25% deposit will be taken at time of reservation. The remainder of the deposit will be charged thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made within thirty (30) days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation; amendments/cancellations made outside of the thirty (30) days will be refunded.

We have three tiers of vendor options for this event as well as limited sponsorship opportunities. 

Your registration will include a continental breakfast on both days and lunch on Friday, May 10 only.

IAFP Exhibit Hall Rules: The IAFP shall not be liable for any expense incurred by the Exhibitors in the event the show is delayed, interrupted or not held as scheduled. Exhibitor agrees to abide by decisions of the IAFP concerning all matters pertaining to the administration and success of the conference which are not specifically stated. We understand that this application becomes a contract by us upon completion and acceptance by the IAFP. We agree to abide by the conditions stated above. Cancellation and Refunds - Cancellations of Exhibitor Registration will only be accepted until March 15, 2024. A full refund will be provided, minus a $25 cancellation fee. After March 15, 2024, no refund will be provided. Cancellation of lodging is per the terms of the Limelight Hotel and must occur prior to April 9, 2024, or 100% of room costs will be forfeited.
